Founder
Janver’s founder is Mr. Robert H. Reeder, who has functioned as an EEO investigator, trainer, counselor, and mediator for over 25 years. For several years, Mr. Reeder performed these duties in a collateral capacity before retiring as a Correctional Institution Administrator.
Mr. Reeder holds a B.A. degree from Texas Southern University and an M.S. degree in Administration of Justice from American University. He is a member of the Prince George’s County, MD Board of Mediators and has held the position of chairperson twice.
